HydGene Renewables was recently featured at the National Circular Economy Startup Showcase, a key event hosted by the Australian Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment, and Water (DCCEEW). Held in November 2024, this showcase provided a unique platform for leaders in circular economy innovation to present their technologies and solutions to Australian Government officials.

The event was facilitated by Kate Lynch, Head of the Circular Economy Division at DCCEEW, and Dr. Larry Marshall from the Circular Economy Ministerial Advisory Group. It featured a series of presentations from invited companies, including HydGene, demonstrating the impact of their technologies on promoting circularity across various sectors. Discussions focused on the current barriers to scaling technology, market challenges, and plans for expanding our impact on the circular economy.

The forum offered an exciting opportunity to network with government officials and gain insights into relevant funding opportunities and policy priorities. As the Australian Government continues to support the circular economy transition through substantial funding and initiatives, HydGene is poised to play a significant role in this transformative journey.

For more details on how these initiatives align with national goals and the broader framework, you can access the recently released Australia’s Circular Economy Framework and the Circular Economy Ministerial Advisory Group’s final report.
