Our CEO Louise Brown has been welcomed on stage twice at the New Zealand Life Science Summit 2024. Louise first had the opportunity to introduce HydGene's vision and Science behind it, and then joined the appropriately titled "Microorganisms to the Rescue," panel discussion focusing on the power of bugs and how these tiny organisms will be pivotal in solving our climate crisis. Alongside Louise, the impressive panel lineup featured fellow Macquarie University spin-out founder Tom Williams, the impressive Alec Foster from Scion, and the infamous Sean Simpson from LanzaTech, moderated by our very own Chair, Natalie Curach. What a great lineup and impactful event!
